This course explores the ethical foundations that inform governance mechanisms vital to the public procurement process and profession. Students will learn best practices in procurement ethics, alongside practical strategies to prevent misconduct, ensure compliance, and foster transparency and accountability throughout procurement processes.

Online Format
This course is delivered entirely online and can be completed at a pace determined by the student. A variety of learning methods will be used, including the following:

• Instructional videos on key concepts
• Reading assignments on specific procurement topics
• Research on leading procurement practices
• Writing assignments consisting of short topical papers
• Online examinations focusing on key concepts
• Case study learning

Course Objectives
